What is an Elfable?
An Elfable is a poseable plush elf doll designed to bring holiday magic and mischief to your family. Each Elfable has their own unique personality - Holly, Jolly, and Jingle celebrate Christmas, Geltie celebrates Hanukkah, and Kinny celebrates Kwanzaa.
What ages are Elfables for?
Elfables are recommended for children ages 3 and up. They make great companions for pretend play, holiday traditions, and family fun.
What holidays do Elfables cover?
Elfables celebrate Christmas (Holly, Jolly, Jingle), Hanukkah (Geltie), and Kwanzaa (Kinny). Whether you celebrate one holiday or all three, there's an Elfable for your family.
What's included in the box?
Each Elfable comes in a beautifully designed gift box with the character inside, ready for holiday mischief from day one.
Are Elfables safe for young kids?
Yes! Elfables are made with child safety in mind and are suitable for ages 3+. As with all toys, adult supervision is recommended for younger children.
Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Elfables are currently available for pre-order. All orders are expected to ship by October 31, 2026 - just in time for the holiday season. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
How does pre-ordering work?
Place your order now to reserve your Elfable at today's price. Your card is charged at the time of purchase. Your order will ship by October 31, 2026, and you'll be notified every step of the way.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $45 ship free within the United States. Orders under $45 ship for a flat rate of $6.00.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is something we're working on - stay tuned!
Can I cancel or change my pre-order?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your pre-order at any time before your order ships. Just reach out to us at hello@elfables.com and we'll take care of it.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns only in cases of damaged items. Damage must be reported within 10 calendar days of delivery. Contact us at hello@elfables.com with photos of the damage and your order number. If the damage is our fault, we will either send you a prepaid return label and issue a full refund, or ship you a replacement - whichever you prefer.
Can I get a refund on my pre-order?
Absolutely. If you change your mind before your order ships, we'll issue a full refund. Just email us at hello@elfables.com.
