Refund policy

Pre-Order Cancellations

You may cancel your pre-order at any time before your order ships and receive a full refund. To cancel, email us at hello@elfables.com with your order number.

Returns & Damaged Items

We only accept returns in the case of damaged items. Damage must be reported within 10 calendar days of delivery. To report damage, contact us at hello@elfables.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage.

If the damage is determined to be our fault, we will either:

  • Send you a prepaid return shipping label and issue a full refund once the item is received, or
  • Ship you a replacement product at no additional cost

Damage reported after 10 calendar days of delivery will not be eligible for return or replacement. Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
